![]() ![]() PhotoLab is primarily a raw developer and editor, but not a general purpose photo editor. They're very different products, used for different purposes. I have both PhotoLab 6 (with ViewPoint and FilmPack) and Luminar Neo with all extensions. Well, thank you for your response, I will let you now what DXO does on my system. I am still disappointed though because Luminar looked promising. I already tested version 5 and that worked without any issue. I will download the trial for DXO Photolab 6 and see if that is an option. I appreciate other forum members and their contributions but I used more Luminar versions from Luminar 4 to Luminar AI and now Neo but for whatever reason the sotware simply won't run stable on my system. Ever had issues with Luminar like instabilibty or slowness ? I tried the trial version for DXO and this software seems to work great on my hardware. So going back to Lightroom or trying DXO. I do not want to start a "bash Luminar" thread on this forum but for me it is a waste of money, effort and it was affecting the pleasure I had in editing and taking photos. Slow while loading catalog and it takes a long while for pictures to be displayed correctly while browsing the catalog. I reinstalled my laptop completely, used all the new software and graphic drivers (again) but yes, same issue as a few months back. This issue occured earlier with a previous update for Luminar Neo. I installed the lastest update and then again my catalog was becoming very slow.
